Çaycım Net — Terms of Use Last updated: 4 August 2026 Erma Bilişim Contact: info@ermabilisim.com Website: https://www.ermabilisim.com These Terms apply to the Çaycım Net app offered by Erma Bilişim. By downloading, creating an account, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. 1. The service Çaycım Net is software for businesses to manage menus, orders and token balances, and for customers to connect and place orders. Erma Bilişim provides the platform. The real-world product/service relationship is between the customer and the business. 2. Accounts and roles - Customer: connects via business code/QR; may order after approval. - Business owner: manages the business; a subscription may be required. - Staff: works under the owner’s authority. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. The service is not intended for children under 13. 3. Connecting to a business Join requests may be approved, rejected or revoked by the business. Businesses manage access under their own rules. 4. Tokens, balance and debt - Tokens/balances are in-app units for a connected business, not cash. - Positive token balances are not refunded on account deletion. - Debts may remain collectible; limited debt records may be retained and re-linked if you return with the same account. - Business pricing/top-up policies are the business’s responsibility. 5. Orders Orders are sent to the relevant business. Fulfilment, cancellation and disputes are primarily between you and the business. The platform provides technical delivery and records. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. 6. Subscriptions (business owners) - Some business features may require a paid subscription. - Billing is handled via App Store / Google Play. Renewal, free trial, cancellation and refunds follow store rules. - Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account. - Deleting the app account does not cancel the store subscription. 7. Acceptable use Prohibited (including without limitation): - Unlawful use, fraud, rights infringement - Disrupting the system, unauthorized access, reverse engineering attempts - Fake or misleading accounts or content - Spam, harassment, malware We may suspend or terminate access for violations. 8. Intellectual property The app, brand, design and software belong to Erma Bilişim or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service. Business content (e.g. menus) belongs to the relevant business. 9. Privacy Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy: https://www.ermabilisim.com/en/caycimnet/privacy 10. Account deletion You can delete your account in the app. Login access is removed, subject to limited debt/legal retention described in the Privacy Policy. 11. Disclaimer / liability The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erma Bilişim is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, business–customer disputes or outages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to fees paid for the relevant subscription in the prior 3 months (or a reasonable minimum for free use). Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. 12. Third-party services Sign-in, hosting, notifications and store billing are provided by third parties. Erma Bilişim is not responsible for outcomes outside its reasonable control arising from those services’ outages or policy changes. 13. Changes and termination We may update these Terms. Continued use may constitute acceptance. You may delete your account; we may terminate for breach. 14. Governing law Laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer venue rules remain reserved.
