Privacy Policy

This policy explains how BirdFlow user data is protected. 1. DATA COLLECTION AND STORAGE BirdFlow does not collect data on a central server. All data is stored locally on the device. 2. USER-ENTERED DATA Bird info, photos, and similar records are kept only on your device. 3. SIGN-IN & AUTHENTICATION BirdFlow lets you sign in with your Google or Apple account. This is used only to identify your account for optional cloud backup and to link your subscription status. The app may access your name, email address, and a unique account identifier provided by Google or Apple. This information stays on your device and is not stored on our servers, except a non-identifying user ID used by our subscription provider to verify your subscription. Sign in with Apple's "Hide My Email" option is fully supported. 4. GOOGLE DRIVE BACKUP SYSTEM AND DATA ACCESS BirdFlow uses the Google Drive API to securely store and restore your data. These permissions are used ONLY to read and write the application's own backup files to your personal Google Drive. The developer CANNOT ACCESS, VIEW, or TRANSFER to their servers any personal files, photos, or this backed-up application data in your Google Drive. This feature is completely optional. 5. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT DATA BirdFlow uses secure third-party infrastructure providers to manage in-app purchases (subscriptions). Payments occur directly via Google Play or the App Store; your credit card info is not seen or stored by us or our providers. Only your anonymous user ID and purchase history are processed to verify your subscription status. 6. DATA SHARING We do not sell data to third parties. 7. DATA SECURITY Device security is the user's responsibility. 8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY Not for children under 13. 9. ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION You can delete your account and all associated local data at any time from the app's Settings screen. Deleting the app also removes all locally stored data.
