Terms of Use

This User Agreement is concluded between users of the BirdFlow app and the developer. By using the App, you accept these terms. 1. PURPOSE BirdFlow is a Personal Inventory Management Software for cage bird breeders. 2. TERMINOLOGY Terms are for individual tracking purposes only. 3. SHARING RESPONSIBILITY Sharing generated cards on external platforms is entirely the user's responsibility. 4. DATA MANAGEMENT AND GOOGLE DRIVE BACKUP Local Storage: Data is stored locally on the device. The developer cannot access it. Cloud Backup: The user can optionally back up data to their personal Google Drive account. 5. LEGAL OBLIGATIONS The User is responsible for compliance with nature conservation laws. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The developer is not responsible for data loss or indirect damages. 7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENT SYSTEMS BirdFlow offers an auto-renewing subscription for Pro features. Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account upon confirmation. An optional free trial (e.g. 2 months) may be offered to eligible new users. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid auto-renewing subscription at the standard price shown at the time of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users can manage and cancel subscriptions in their store account settings. No refunds are provided for partial use. 8. ACCOUNT DELETION You can delete your account and all associated local data at any time from the app's Settings screen. 9.
